Vanessa is an Executive Search Professional and the Founding Director of Lawford Robinson Consulting. Vanessa has 9+ years’ experience in the recruitment industry and has managed high performing teams in the UK and Australia wide.
Prior to launching Lawford Robinson Consulting, Vanessa started her recruitment career with an FTSE 250 listed recruitment business, before bringing two international/nation wide firms into the Perth Market.
Lawford Robinson Consulting was formed in Perth in February 2013, with the core philosophy focussed more on contribution and less on the transaction, including a desire to create mutual success and encouraging long term relationships.
Vanessa is now based in Melbourne with a focus on the Melbourne, Sydney and Perth markets. Her areas of expertise include Investment Banking, Corporate Advisory, Private Equity and Executive Search in both Professional Practice and Commerce & Industry.
In addition, Vanessa is a certified Hogan Personality Assessment Practitioner. As a Hogan Practitioner, she can use the powerful science of personality assessment to help you hire the right people, develop talented employees, build great leaders and impact the bottom line.

Denen de Silva is an accomplished businessman and offers our clients and candidates Business Intelligence and excellence in Human Capital Consulting, with a sincere interest in individuals and businesses.
While completing a rigorous Economics/Laws program at the Australian National University, Denen founded a successful Electronics/Technology business in 2010. He further developed his professional networks in an internship role with the World Bank group. He further developed his career at a large tech company, before leading a consulting start-up in 2014.
Denen joined Lawford Robinson consulting in 2014, overseeing a number of Business Operations, and leading the Search & Selection in the Accounting/Public Practice and Insurance Industries. Denen focusses his time on using his extensive networks to help companies source not just the right talent, but the right personalities for roles throughout their businesses. He has as a genuine interest in bringing out the best in people.
